2007 Aurora Bendigo Syrah - Richer, riper aromas than the 06 initially but then the spicy/peppery characters kick in. The palate exhibits the same velvety structure as the 06 with great depth of red fruits and finely texured tannins. The flavors are vibrant and persistent and will definitely benefit from further cellaring. Outstanding.
